At Mings Adventure Nepal, with over 10 years of trekking experience, we carefully classify our treks to help you choose the right adventure based on your fitness level, experience, and comfort.

🟢 Easy

  • Suitable for beginners and first-time trekkers
  • Short walking days with gradual ascents
  • Lower altitude trails
  • No prior trekking experience required

Best for: Families, seniors, and casual walkers

🔵 Moderate

  • Daily walks of 5–6 hours
  • Some uphill and downhill sections
  • Altitude up to around 4,000 meters
  • Basic fitness recommended

Best for: Active travelers with good health and some hiking experience

🔴 Moderate to Challenging

  • Long walking days (6–7 hours)
  • Steeper ascents and higher altitude (up to 5,500 meters)
  • Requires good physical fitness and mental endurance

Best for: Regular hikers and adventure seekers

Challenging

  • High-altitude trekking above 5,500 meters
  • Long and demanding trekking days
  • Possible snow, ice, and rough terrain
  • Prior trekking or mountaineering experience recommended

Best for: Experienced trekkers and mountaineers
