- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date or upon arrival in Nepal, as agreed.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash (as agreed).
- Any bank charges or transfer fees must be covered by the client.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be made in writing (email or message).
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once trip arrangements are confirmed.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure from the trip.
- Changes to Itinerary
- Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, flight delays, or safety concerns.
- Mings Adventure Nepal reserves the right to modify itineraries for the safety and well-being of clients.
- Any additional costs due to changes are the responsibility of the client.
- Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all trekkers.
- Insurance must cover high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
- Mings Adventure Nepal is not responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
- Health and Fitness
- Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for trekking or adventure activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Participation is at the client’s own risk.
- Responsibility and Risk
- Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks including altitude sickness, injuries, and natural hazards.
- Mings Adventure Nepal, its staff, guides, and partners are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control.
- Guide and Staff Authority
- Clients must follow instructions given by guides and staff at all times.
- Guides have the authority to decide on safety matters, including altering or canceling activities if necessary.
- Equipment and Personal Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their personal equipment and belongings.
- Mings Adventure Nepal is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
- Accommodation and Meals
- Accommodation and meals are provided as per the agreed itinerary.
- Facilities in remote trekking areas may be basic and subject to availability.
- Passport, Visa, and Permits
- Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required permits.
- Mings Adventure Nepal can assist but is not liable for visa or entry issues.
- Force Majeure
- Mings Adventure Nepal is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or strikes.
