From the trailhead, begin trekking through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests toward Ghorepani.

The trail gradually gains altitude and passes through traditional mountain landscapes and local settlements.

Arrive at Ghorepani and enjoy your first evening in the Annapurna mountains.

At Poon Hill, enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges, including Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre and surrounding peaks, weather permitting.

After enjoying the sunrise, return to Ghorepani for breakfast.

Continue trekking through beautiful rhododendron forests toward Deurali and Banthanti before reaching Tadapani.

Tadapani offers beautiful mountain views and a peaceful forest environment.

After breakfast, begin the trek toward Chhomrong.

The trail descends through beautiful rhododendron, oak and pine forests before crossing the Kimrong Khola area.

The route then climbs gradually toward Chhomrong, a traditional Gurung settlement and an important gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary.

Enjoy views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli and Machhapuchhre from the surrounding area.

After passing through Sinuwa, continue toward Bamboo, a small mountain settlement surrounded by forest.

This is a steady trekking day designed to gradually progress toward higher elevations.

This gradual progression helps avoid unnecessarily rushing toward the higher elevations.

At approximately 4,130 m, reach Annapurna Base Camp and experience the spectacular natural amphitheater surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks.

Weather permitting, enjoy views of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre and surrounding mountains.

Depending on time, energy and local conditions, enjoy a relaxing visit to the hot springs after several days of trekking.
