🍁 Autumn (September – November) – Best Season

Autumn is the most popular and best trekking season in Nepal.

  • Clear skies and excellent mountain views

  • Stable weather and comfortable temperatures

  • Ideal for all major treks: Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu

  • Perfect for photography and high-altitude trekking

Recommended for: All trekkers, from beginners to experienced hikers


🌸 Spring (March – May) – Second Best Season

Spring is another excellent trekking season with beautiful natural scenery.

  • Blooming rhododendron forests

  • Warm days and cool nights

  • Clear mountain views, especially in early spring

  • Great for Everest and Annapurna regions

Recommended for: Nature lovers and trekkers who prefer warmer weather


🌧️ Summer / Monsoon (June – August)

This season brings rain, especially in lower regions.

  • Fewer crowds on popular trails

  • Rain-shadow areas like Upper Mustang & Dolpo are ideal
